HER BACKGROUND

Sandrine has always had a common purpose in her missions: advancing organizations and unlocking team potential.

She is a graduate engineer from Centrale Lyon, trained to Black Belt level in Lean Six Sigma and specialized in industrial simulation and digital twins. This dual expertise—field experience & digital mastery—has become her hallmark: combining operational excellence with the power of data to secure strategic decisions.

Everywhere she works, she follows the same conviction: sustainable performance is born from the intersection of robust methods, fine-grained data insights, and managers who know how to engage their teams.

That is what sets her apart. She does not just optimize:

Over more than 20 years, she has worked in demanding contexts, including:

• turning around an industrial site in crisis at Lafarge,

• leading a global performance plan with €1.8M in gains at Mathis,
• driving large-scale managerial transformations across Europe at ArcelorMittal,
• optimizing complex laboratory and process operations at Lucas Meyer Cosmetics.

In 2016, she founded Lean’Art—a structure designed for industrial companies that want to go beyond classic Lean.
